Cancellation Policy
OFF SEASON.. A refund of the deposit will be paid only if notice of cancellation is given at least 14 days prior to commencement of arrival date.
HIGH SEASON & PEAK SEASON.. A refund of the deposit will be paid only if notice of cancellation is given at least 21 days prior to commencement of arrival date.
All cancellations will incur a $20.00 surcharge.
